Achieve Your Health Goals with Our Specialized Treatments
From pain to performance — we help you get back to doing what you love.
About me
I’m a passionate physiotherapist who believes that movement is medicine — or, as I like to say, motion is lotion. I specialise in the assessment and management of neuromusculoskeletal injuries and orthopaedic conditions, helping people move better, feel stronger, and live without limitation.
Before becoming a physiotherapist, I was a professional ballet dancer. That experience taught me how deeply pain and injury can affect not just movement, but confidence and identity — and how empowering it feels to regain both.
My approach is active, individualised, and focused on restoring strength, control, and confidence through movement.
With over a decade of experience teaching Pilates, I love integrating it into my treatments to improve strength, body awareness, and overall movement quality. My areas of special interest include TMJ dysfunction and headaches, foot and lower limb conditions (especially in trail runners and dancers), and performance rehabilitation for both weekend warriors and professional athletes aiming to reach their goals.

Professional qualifications
I completed my BSc in Physiotherapy at the University of Cape Town, graduating top of my class and receiving several awards, including the South African Society for Physiotherapy Trophy, the Marilyn and Tim Noakes Award, and the Paget Physiotherapy Award. I also hold my ANMSC qualification (formerly known as OMT)
